We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of oilfield equipment including oil pumps, valves, wellheads, and related systems. This role involves working closely with customers in the field to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Job Description:

We are looking for interns who are passionate about either the oil and gas industry or international business operations. As an intern, you will assist with on-site service tasks such as equipment installation, maintenance, and repair of oilfield machinery. Additionally, you will help coordinate trade activities between our U.S. operations and our partners in China. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred to facilitate smoother communication with our Chinese counterparts, but candidates with strong trade knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-site services, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of oilfield equipment.
• Coordinate and support trade logistics between the U.S. and China, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
• Work closely with the technical and business teams to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Help manage international trade documentation, shipping coordination, and customs compliance.
• Collaborate with our international partners, especially in China, to maintain strong business relationships.
• Provide administrative and technical support for field operations and trade-related activities.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance industry and trade knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry or import/export trade is required; previous experience in field operations or trade logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred for trade coordination with our Chinese partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in both field and office environments, assisting with technical services and trade operations.
• Familiarity with trade regulations, shipping logistics, or customs processes is a bonus.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
